How would the Amend It Resolution legalize cannabis?
The idea behind the Amend It Resolution is simple: deschedule Cannabis by amending the US Constitution, and regulate it like alcohol.
From that point, States and Cities would be free to govern themselves accordingly, and – as shown to overwhelming support across the United States… Cannabis would no longer be criminalized.
