About The Resolution
The Resolution To Legalize Cannabis by Amending the US Constitution is the fastest, most simple and economic way to end the misguided war on Cannabis in America.
By no means are we trying to imply that the road to approval for the Resolution will be an easy one. It will take many hours of deliberating, authoring, debating, editing and arguing over the properly worded legislature and the impact the passing of this legislature would have on American patients, American citizens in general.

One Hundred Sixteenth Congress of the United States of America
At the first Session
Began and held at the City of Washington. D.C.
on (date), two thousand and nineteen hundred
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each house concurring therein), That the following article is hereby proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by conventions in three-fourths of the several states:
Section 1. Cannabis (marijuana) is hereby removed from Schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act of 1970.
Sec. 2. Cannabis shall be treated for taxation and regulatory purposes in a manner similar to the taxation and regulation of alcohol and tobacco.
Sec. 3. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by conventions in the several States, as provided in the Constitution.
